If you just raised an eyebrow at "Mystery School," fair enough—I did too, at first. But stay curious; things are about to get good.
Here's the deal: a mystery school is basically a continuous line of spiritual teachings and healing techniques passed down from master to student for thousands of years. Diving into this lineage sparked changes in my life that went way beyond what I thought was achievable—even after years as a dedicated seeker.
Honestly, at first, my ego wasn't into it. Mystery school? Energy healing? Come on—I was already a Chiropractor and had been through all the self-help classics: books, classes, seminars, therapy, medication, meditation, more medication, more meditation—you name it. But something kept nudging me forward.
By at the age of 33, my life seemed impressive on paper.
On paper, I was doing everything right—Cornell grad, solid career in construction and engineering at a major telecom company, then a big pivot into chiropractic after discovering my true calling. Looked good, right? But underneath it all, I was emotionally shut down, fumbling through relationships, and leaning on alcohol or weed to take the edge off. I dreamed of opening my own practice, but the weight of grad school debt kept that dream feeling just out of reach. It wasn’t exactly rock bottom, but it wasn’t thriving either—and something had to give.
In 2015, I hit a turning point—I realized that no matter how much I’d learned or tried, I couldn’t make the shift I needed on my own. I needed help, and that admission changed everything.
At one point, I made a clear promise to myself: no more smoking weed. The next day, I found myself—without even thinking—lighting a bowl and taking a hit. That moment hit hard. I realized I wasn’t just making bad choices—I was stuck in a cycle I couldn’t consciously break. For all my knowledge, intelligence, and years of personal development, I was standing in my own way.
Then, during a meditation at Modern Mystery School Boston, something clicked. I remembered hearing about a healing called Life Activation healing and the deeper initiatory path within the mystery school tradition. I followed that nudge and booked a session. That one decision shifted everything
After my Life Activation, the way I saw myself—and the world—changed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I felt more connected, more alive, and more aligned than I had in years. A few weeks later, I took the leap and enrolled in the Empower Thyself class and initiation. Not long after that, I found myself diving into the Universal Kabbalah Ascension program, exploring the Tree of Life, Hermetic wisdom, and the real tools to manifest a life with meaning, purpose, and joy.
Through the healing practices and self-mastery tools of the Modern Mystery School, I began a transformational journey that went far beyond anything I could’ve imagined. It didn’t just shift my perspective—it changed my life.
I started spending more time alone, broke my pattern of serial monogamy, let go of alcohol and substances, and committed to a daily practice of meditation and a more intentional mindset. Along the way, I met two incredible chiropractic mentors who gave me the tools and confidence to open and grow my own business. I met the love of my life. I faced and began healing childhood wounds. And I stepped into the role of a leader, ready to help others find their way, too.
Over time, I continued to receive deeper healings and initiations, eventually becoming certified to teach and share a variety of transformational modalities. What’s remarkable about this work is that it doesn’t require belief to be effective. It meets each person exactly where they are—offering a unique healing experience that’s personal, powerful, and real.
I offer these tools now with deep gratitude for how radically they changed my own life. Honestly, it feels like magic. And why not call it that? When the usual methods stopped working, I made a choice to move beyond what was purely logical—into something far more expansive.
